Step 1 : Goto ntc.net.np website.

Step 2 : Goto last Quick links. Click on Recharge PIN Recovery.

Step 3 : Now Choose Your Sim Card service whether it is postpaid or prepaid.

Step 4 : Enter your service number/ Mobile Number.

Step 5 : Enter SERIAL Number from your recharge card. 

Step 6 : Enter the PIN Code number you have scratched wrongly on card likely 5784*****1231.

Step 7 : Then Finally Fill the captcha.

Now your recharge successfully done.
