Remove Multiples Gaps in MS Word

Some Time We Got The Problem of Multiple Gaps in MS Word. Here is Overview of Problem.

To Fix This Problem Follow These Steps :

Step 1 : Select All Text Having Gaps Problem.

Step 2 : Press CTRL + H.

Step 3 : Now on Find What Box , Press SHIFT+6 to Get ( ^ ) Also Press w. On Replace With Box Press Space Button Once.

Step 4 : Now Click on Replace Button. Boom Done.
