Fan Capacitor Connection Properly.

Step 2 : Digital Multimeter is Required in The Process of Fan Connection.

Step 3 : To Check The Voltage Level In Wires, 

Firstly Join White & Red Wire of Fan To Multimeter.

Secondly Join White & Green Wire of Fan To Multimeter.

Thirdly Join Green & Red Wire of Fan To Multimeter.

Step 4 : Now Note Down The Voltage Level of Each To a Paper.

Here I got The Voltage Measurements of White & Red Wires = 194, White & Green Wires = 230, Green & Red Wires = 425.

Step 5 : The Highest Voltage Wires of Fan Should Connect To The Wires of Capacitors.
